Cassandra Ellis is a designer, maker, writer and thinker. Her work is focused on engaging your head and heart. Her homewares and interiors are designed to create an emotional connection, using traditional skills and materials.

Originally from New Zealand, she now runs her design studio in London. Here she works directly with clients on commissions and interior design projects, as well as writing and styling books on contemporary craft and interiors.

Cassandra designs, produces and curates homewares and offers interior styling advice. She is the author of two books with a further two commissioned and has also written for magazines and newspapers. Cassandra also has over 10 years’ experience in trend forecasting, event design and art direction, meaning she can deliver both beautiful and thoughtful projects. Last, but definitely not least, Cassandra gives her time to community projects that help people change the way they live.

Cassandra believes good design can change lives and that your home should be filled with practical, precious and personal things. It’s all about mindful living – thinking about what you have, where it comes from and what it means to you.
